Post Scan Mail is a service that lets you have a virtual mailbox. You can use this mailbox to receive all of your mail when you can’t be physically available to receive them. The service will then let you decide to scan, shred, recycle or send your mail wherever you are. This is perfect to check your bills, postcards, magazines, and anything you’re supposed to receive. Your mail will be accessible via its website. Post Scan Mail also has mobile apps in the App Store and Google Play.

This is for individuals who travel a lot or would be away for quite a bit but would still want to check their regular mail. The scans are high quality. You can read each document as if it’s already in front of you.

The service is very inexpensive. Please check out the different rates on their website for all of their offers. Charges are very inexpensive. We’re seeing a few people posting negative feedback on extra charges. We’re supposed to indicate if we want the scanned physical copies to be recycled otherwise, these will be kept and be charged to you for storage. They’re not available on weekends so bear in mind that you can’t get any customer service office to help you out in case you need to sort out something.
